The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • Yaguarundi use of personal information that you may submit to Yaguarundi through this Web site is governed by the Yaguarundi Privacy Policy.

    Yaguarundi is committed to protecting your privacy. The information required at checkout and member registration is used for fulfillment of your order and for our records. It will never be sold or shared with another company.

    For a secure shopping experience, customers do not need to enter their credit card information. Simply log into your PayPal account and confirm the payment. With PayPal, customers can choose to pay with credit card, debit card, bank account or their PayPal balance.

  • CHECKING ORDER STATUS

    You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received.

    We will also send you an email when your order has been shipped including your package UPS tracking number. To check the status of an order, you may log on to www.usps.com to track your shipment using the tracking number.

    Please note that the tracking information may not appear immediately in the UPS tracking system.

    ORDER CANCELLATIONS

    Orders can be cancelled as long as the items have not been yet shipped.

    PAYMENT METHODS

    Currently, Yaguarundi ONLY accepts PayPal as a payment method.

    SALES TAX

    Sales tax will only be added to orders shipping to Mexico.

    (Tax calculations are based on state and county locations of the shipping address on your order.)

    EMAILS RELATED TO ORDERING

    We will communicate information about your order by email only.

    As mentioned previously, you will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. In addition, we will send you an email when your order has shipped that will include the UPS tracking number for your package.

    P.O. BOXES

    Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are sent via USPS priority mail only. 

    UPS does not ship to P.O. Box, APO, or FPO addresses. Please include a valid street address in the "Ship To" field of the order form.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    We will ship to all U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses and most countries worldwide.

    SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

    Customers are required to select the desired shipping method/carrier at checkout. The shipping costs will be automatically calculated and displayed.  

    PROCESSING TIMES

    Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed and shipped.

    Items listed as BACKORDERED may take a few weeks to process.

    NOTE: Please check our website’s main page for possible delays in shipping.

    REFUSAL OF DELIVERY

    If you refuse delivery of any order you placed it will be returned to our facilities. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid once we receive the item. However, shipping charges are non-refundable.

    RETURN POLICIES

    If you are not satisfied with your Yaguarundi product:

    Full priced merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Sale merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 15 days of the delivery date.

    We do NOT accept returns postmarked past the timeframes outlined above.

    Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned at any time.

    We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached.

    Upon receipt of returned goods, Yaguarundi reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

    Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.

    Please include a copy of your invoice or your full name and your order number in the return package. Otherwise, your refund may be delayed.

    Customers are responsible for providing us with a tracking number via email for the returned packages. Yaguarundi is not responsible for any lost returned packages.

    SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

    In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged item, we will gladly replace (if available) or take back that item for a full refund at our expense.

    Please note that our items are handcrafted. Any defects and irregularities reflect the value of handmade pieces and will not be considered as damage to the product.

    Yaguarundi will not refund/replace items with damage as a result of wear and tear.

    Yaguarundi will provide a pre-paid UPS shipping label to expedite the return. To receive your shipping label, please contact Yaguarundi by email at contactus@yaguarundi.com.

    All return packages can be given to any UPS driver or taken to any location of The UPS Store®, a UPS Drop Box, a UPS Customer Center, any Office Depot® or Staples® location, or any UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet. There is no charge to drop off a prepaid return package.

    REFUND PROCESS

    Once the returned merchandise has been received and processed at our facilities, we will refund the original form of payment according to our policies outlined above.

    EXCHANGES

    We cannot automatically process exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please return the item you do not want and place a new order at any time.

    INACCURACY DISCLAIMER/PRICING ERRORS

    We reserve the right to adjust any errors, inaccuracies, and omissions and to modify or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

    Please note that browsers vary on their support for color profiles.

    The prices displayed on the website are quoted in US dollars.

    PRODUCT CARE

    Most of our products can be spot cleaned with a lightly damp cloth.

    Leather products should be protected from prolonged exposure to strong light and dried with a soft cloth when wet. It is recommended that the leather product be treated with a neutral, natural leather care product, using a soft cloth.

    Please note that perfume and sweat may darken some metal jewelry products.
